The broadside, November 8, is handset in Centaur. Text is printed on Rives heavyweight paper along with an original linocut relief print by Candida Pagan.
November, by Jesse Nathan, is forthcoming from Digraph Press in the summer of 2016.
November is a love letter. November is a series of daily journal entries, a short story, a sequence of soliloquies, a confession, a daybook, a crew of personas, a catalogue of flowers, an almanac of moods, a calendar of weather. Ecstatic and roving. Unpunctuated but precise. Following the travels and misadventures of the poet—in San Francisco, in Albuquerque, in mid-air—in twenty-eight sections, beginning the day after the Day of the Dead.
The book will be handset in Centuar, printed on Hahnemuhle Biblio, will have a cover of custom case paper from The Morgan Conservatory and will be bound by hand. A 3-poem pamphlet ($20) and broadside ($35) have been printed featuring work from the book and are available upon request.
